Cinematic Sound Journeys

As a multifaceted artist, music is for me another creative extension of my being. My compositions are focused on cinematic atmospheres; when I create, I see colors, forms, and pictures, as if I am scoring the soundtrack to a film.

While my instrumental palette includes the handpan, flute, kora, drums, and synthesizer, my voice remains the central focus. In live performance, I use a loop station to layer these elements, creating immersive musical experiences rooted in polyphony and grounded sounds—sonic worlds designed to transport the listener elsewhere.

World Music Duo, Numantia

Beyond my solo path, I am the co-founder of the World Music Duo Numantia, alongside multi-instrumentalist Fernando Noriega. Together, we invite our audience on a boundless sound journey from distant cultures to inner worlds. In our musical dialogue, we merge the handpan, oud, kora, guitar, viola da gamba, oriental percussion, flute, and voice into a dense, orchestral tapestry.

From Middle Eastern textures and Persian tones to Celtic melodies and African rhythms, we bridge archaic traditions with contemporary instruments and modern sounds.

This project has resonated across borders, leading us to perform at numerous renowned festivals and prestigious venues like HealPlayLove, Children of Panacea, 7 Vibes Journey, TEDxZurich, Xtatic Events ZH and the Wild Women Gathering. Whether on grand stages or in intimate spaces, we create a captivating live experience that goes directly under the skin, connecting diverse audiences through a shared, universal resonance.

Our first album, Babylon, was released in October 2023, and our second album, Samsara, is set for release in late 2026. You can find all the links to our music and upcoming projects below.
